What Are Power Foods?

Power foods naturally contain vitamins, minerals and other nutritional benefits. They can energize you, boost your immune system and help ward off certain diseases. Incorporating these special foods into your diet is a simple way to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

As a Health Coach I will work with you to understand the root cause of your health concerns and then give you the education and tools you need to get yourself healthy and feeling great. I am here to help you improve your health naturally with real, whole foods. I will offer personalized whole food nutrition recommendations and powerful coaching exercises so you can reach and maintain your health goals. I will help you figure out the "how" of healthy eating and living.

My Training

I graduated and received my training from Dr. Sears Wellness Institute and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition's cutting edge Health Coach Training Program, where I studied over one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle management techniques and innovative coaching methods with some of the world's top health and wellness experts. My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University's Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.

My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching and preventive health. Drawing on these skills, the knowledge of different dietary theories and my own personal and family experiences. I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results, while creating vibrant health and happiness.
